Transforming a fragmented partner dashboard into a strategic command center for impact and ROI.

This project showcases the redesign of Springpod's Partner Portal, transforming a basic dashboard into a Pod-led command center aligned with the new Membership model (Experiences, Credits, Pods). I crafted scalable UX for impact tracking, talent pipelines, and ROI proof—enabling Premium upsells to boost revenue.
Delivered wireframes, and high-fid designs, positioning the portal as the strategic hub for employer/HEI partnerships.

1. The problem

The legacy portal was a basic dashboard missing key features like structured Pods, Membership model integration (Experiences, Credits, Pods), and progression from Essential to Premium tiers. Employers/HEIs struggled to visualize impact, pipelines, and ROI, blocking revenue growth via upsells.

My role

I led planning, UX flows for Pods and onboarding, UI design with Product Bible narratives, and collaboration with Product/Sales/Engineering—delivering wireframes, high-fid screens, and navigable scalable prototypes from brief to handoff

2. Solution

Designed a replicable Pod structure across dashboards: Home with snapshots/leaderboards/credit usage; modular Pods (Impact: lightweight metrics to QuickSight SROI; Talent: anon tables to opportunity workflows; Brand/Boost/Experience: assets/reach/oversight).


Tailored visualizations by client scale/context, simple bands for small partners, advanced filters/charts for enterprise, using consistent framing, lock/unlock states, and Product Bible taglines for upsell clarity.

Empowers self-serve value proof, supports Membership sales, and drives ARR through clear Premium unlocks—turning the portal into a revenue engine.
