1. The problem
The legacy portal lacked structure and monetization logic—no Pods, no Membership integration, and no clear path from Essential to Premium. Partners couldn’t track impact, pipelines, or ROI, limiting adoption and blocking upsell revenue.
My role
Led end-to-end design—from planning to handoff. Defined Pods and onboarding flows, designed the UI aligned with Product narratives, and partnered with Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver scalable wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.

Embedded monetization logic through clear progression from Essential to Premium, while introducing structured onboarding and UX patterns for impact, pipeline, and ROI visibility, enabling partner growth and unlocking upsell revenue.
